The new Dorset  table tennis centre provides aspiring local players with a chance to improve their game and achieve their table tennis goals.’

‘The Dorset TT Centre is the most exciting thing that has happened in local table tennis during the 20 years I have been involved. It is without doubt the best equipment in the finest table tennis environment in the whole area. It’s also hugely welcoming to everyone and has already attracted a wide community of players of all ages and standards. Brilliant!’

‘The DTTC is a very flexible venue because of the size of the hall. We can cater for up to 32 players, there being 2 players on each table, and can arrange the hall in different ways depending on whether we have a training session or a tournament. It is also convenient with it not being too far from the main road, there being plenty of space to park, having changing rooms and toilets as well as facilities for those with disabilities. The main plus about the centre though is the variety of sessions and events that are run weekly enabling anyone and everyone to play Table Tennis and to improve.’

‘At long last Dorset has got its very own Table Tennis Centre right here in Christchurch and one which is among the best not only in the South of England but country-wide.’

‘I have just started playing table tennis in the Poole Pairs League at the centre and I love it!’

‘Dorset Table Tennis Centre offers excellent facilities with ample space for 16 tournament grade tables. Combined with high quality coaching bringing on players of all abilities within a friendly environment, make this a winning combination.

As a parent of two young players, through excellent coaching and facilities at the Dorset Table Tennis Centre, I have seen them quickly progress from beginners to confident tournament-going players’

‘During my time working as the South West Regional Coach I had the pleasure of working at the Dorset Table Tennis Centre with the South West Development and High performance Squads.

The centre is an exceptional venue and was always full with players of all standards enjoying table tennis.

The coaching staff range are excellent and range from young newly qualified coaches to international level players and coaches all working together for the good of table tennis.

Together they have helped several young players to compete at international level in cadet, junior and senior age groups.’
